of Detroit, Michigan, and the seller was told it was purchased as an anniversary gift for the original owner’s spouse.

It remained in the original owner’s family until 2003, and changed hands a few times before it was acquired by comedian and noted collector Jerry Seinfeld in 2019 with approximately 8,900 miles shown on the odometer.

Subsequent work included resealing the oil pan, installing a magnetic oil drain plug, fluid changes, and replacing the battery and assorted cooling, steering, and braking components, per the seller.
