This 1972 Fiat 500L is said to have been acquired new by the seller’s grandfather in May 1972 from a dealership in Rome, Italy.

It was reportedly stolen twice and recovered during time as a daily driver with the seller’s aunt in the 1980s and 1990s before being gifted to the seller in 1998.

The car later sat from around 2000 until a refurbishment was initiated in 2015 and later completed in 2025.

The project involved a repaint as well as electrical and brake work.
