This 1965 Triumph TR4 is a non-running project that was built in 1964 and was purchased new in August 1965 by the current owner from DuKay Imported Cars of South Orange, New Jersey.

The owner served in the U.S.

military and used the car in Germany and Europe for a time while stationed there.

A racing-spec replacement 2.1-liter inline-four and four-speed manual transmission were sourced in 1978, and they are installed in the car—although the vehicle has not been driven with the replacement drivetrain in place and has been garaged for the past ~30 years.

Finished in New White over black leather, the Triumph is equipped with 15″ steel wheels, a roll bar, a wood dashboard, and a banjo-style steering wheel.
