This 1946 Ford Deluxe coupe was acquired by the seller having been lowered by its previous owner.
The seller subsequently commissioned H&H Flatheads to build the 8BA for it, which included boring the cylinders, resurfacing the decks and heads, regrinding the camshaft and crankshaft, balancing the rotating assembly, replacing bearings and timing components, and more as described below.
The clutch for the three-speed manual transmission was also replaced, and the engine is topped by Offenhauser heads, a Weiand intake manifold, and a Holley Sniper EFI system.
Faux lake pipes, dual spotlights, dual exhaust trumpets accent the exterior, while the inside has gray upholstery, a Blaupunkt stereo, and Stewart-Warner gauges.
