This 1957 Porsche 356A coupe was modified for rally use in the 1990s by Tuthill Porsche in England and was subsequently driven by Mary Ellen Kane in La Carrera Panamericana rallies from 1990 to 1993.
She continued to pilot the car to victory in the 2000 Rally du Maroc Classic and the classic car division of the 2002 London to Athens World Cup Rally before it was retired from competition use in the mid-2000s.
A subsequent refurbishment returned the car to street specifications in 2017, and it was profiled in Classic Porsche Magazine in 2019 before being reimported to the US.
