This 1968 Datsun 2000 roadster is said to have remained with one family since the late 1970s until the seller’s acquisition in 2018.

Subsequent work included rebuilding the 2.0-liter U20 inline-four, mounting 15″ Rota wheels, and installing an Exedy clutch kit, KYB shocks, and Super Comp front lowering springs as well as re-trimming the bucket seats in black and gray cloth.

The engine was modified with dual Mikuni carburetors, a “B” camshaft, an electric fuel pump, MSD digital ignition, an aluminum radiator, and a coated four-into-one header, and shifting is through a five-speed manual transmission fitted with a short-throw shifter.
