First sold in New England, the car was retained by its second owner in New Jersey between 1990 and 2017, and after relocating to the West Coast it was acquired by the current owner in 2020.
It has been modified with a Porsche Classic Communication stereo, a B&B muffler, and a R134a conversion for its air conditioning, and work between 2020 and 2022 included replacing the turbocharger as well as overhauling the fuel system with fuel injectors, pumps, and relays.
