Chassis TB0437 is said to have been imported to the United States in 1964 before being sold in 1977 to its previous owner, who commissioned a refurbishment that was carried out between 1987 and 1990.

The car subsequently garnered awards at various concours events in the 1990s including the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, and it remained with that same owner until 2019, when it was purchased by its current owner.
