The car was initially registered in Florida, where it is said to have been acquired by the seller in 1994 from the original owner and subsequently relocated to Mississippi.

Refurbishment work performed in 2010 by Busted Wrench Garage of Gulfport, Mississippi, involved overhauling the 351ci Ford Cleveland V8 along with performing bodywork prior to a repaint in black.

The interior is trimmed in tan leather, and shifting is via a ZF five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
