This 1972 Citroën DS21 Pallas is said to have spent time in Canada before being refurbished in Austria several decades ago.

The car returned to Canada, where it is said to have been stored for approximately ten years before being brought to California and later to Ohio.

It was repainted red with a white roof and fitted with directional headlights between 2010 and 2013, while mechanical refurbishment performed at Excelsior Motors of Midway, Kentucky involved overhauling the hydropneumatic suspension, replacing the clutch, and reupholstering the interior in brown leather.
