TMU 452ci Top-Oiler V8 Edelbrock Aluminum Cylinder Heads Dual Holley Four-Barrel Carburetors Four-Speed Toploader Manual Transmission 9" Limited-Slip Rear End Wimbledon White Paint Red Vinyl Upholstery Lakewood Bell Housing 31-Spline Rear Axles Traction Bars Fiberglass Bumper & Thunderbolt-Style Hood Hurst Shifter This 1964 Ford Custom 500 was fitted with a stroked 427 top-oiler V8 during a refurbishment in the 2010s.
Work also included reupholstering the cabin in red vinyl, installing Bostrom bucket seats, rebuilding the four-speed Toploader manual transmission, and repainting the car in Wimbledon White.
It was then shown at the 2013 Huntington Beach Concours d’Elegance and won first place in the Nostalgia class at the 2013 Grand National Roadster Show before being purchased by the selling dealer in 2024.
