The car is described as being repainted in the US prior to export to Europe, indicating that the original paint was not in good condition. There is also mention of a missing armrest and a replaced pull handle and patch, suggesting interior wear. The listing states total mileage is unknown. The fact that an oil change was last performed in 2020 also influences the rating.

This 1968 Intermeccanica Italia Spyder is one of approximately 400 examples produced between 1966 and 1973 and is said to have been sold new in the US.

It was purchased by a Swiss citizen living in Maryland in June 1988 and exported to his home country in 2003.

It was subsequently purchased by a German collector in 2005 and remained under their ownership until it was purchased by the selling dealer in 2023.

The car is finished in red over tan leather upholstery, and power comes from a 351ci Ford V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission.

Features include 14″ Cromodora wheels, a quad-exit exhaust, a tan soft top, power windows, a cassette player, and a wood-rimmed MOMO Indy steering wheel.

This Italia Spyder is now offered in Bielefeld, Germany, with German registration.
