Chassis H.U.16 is said to have been sold new by US importer Carl Haas and campaigned in the American Midwest before being moved to Alberta, Canada, where it was modified in 2011 for use in endurance events.

It was acquired by the seller and moved to Vancouver Island in 2018, after which it was used for competition in vintage racing at various Pacific Northwest circuits.

Power is provided by a 2.0L Ford Pinto inline-four that was rebuilt by Loyning’s Engine Services in Portland, Oregon, in late 2019 and features SDS electronic fuel injection and MSD electronic ignition.
