Condition

The car presents with an older repaint, pitting on chrome, and abrasions on the seats. While recent work includes a carburetor rebuild and a new battery, the cosmetic issues and lack of documented service history suggest that it's not in pristine condition.

This 1950 Crosley Hotshot is a small 2-passenger roadster powered by a 724cc OHC 4-cylinder coupled to a 3-speed manual transmission.

The Hotshot debuted in 1949 as America’s first postwar sports car, coming in at less than 12 feet long and winning the Index of Performance at the Six Hours of Sebring in 1950.

This example was recently acquired from a trust by the selling dealer, with subsequent work including a carburetor rebuild and a new 6-volt battery.

The car is offered in Florida with a clean New Hampshire title.

This example is thought to have originally been finished in red, but currently wears an older turquoise repaint.

Doors were an optional extra and are fitted here along with an aftermarket swan hood ornament.
