Supplied new to the dealership on 6th June 1964, it is accompanied by its original BMC Passport to Service booklet, documenting its earliest days.
The dealer completed the pre-delivery inspection before recording the first service at 500 miles on 26th June 1964.
A further service stamp from G.R.
Burton & Sons is believed to coincide with the vehicle's first retail sale later that year.
Maintenance was subsequently entrusted to H.J.
Willson of Bourne, Lincolnshire, with servicing recorded at 5,570, 8,900, 11,100 and 18,400 miles by August 1966.
