Only 22,800 miles from new in the hands of just one family; wonderfully original; loads of history; driven 20 miles to the sale; a proper little time capsule; find another!This fabulous Morris Minor Two-Door was supplied new in January 1969 via Henlys of Hereford to first owner Cecil Lerego, proprietor of CF Lerego & Son who owned Castle Garage and Kyrle Motor Works in Ross-on-Wye.
Remaining in his family ever since, it has covered a mere 22,820 miles in its 57 years to date, as warranted by numerous service records on file.
Currently owned by Cecil’s granddaughter, the V5C records three former keepers, all with the same surname.
The original BMC service book has 8 service stamps up to 21,088 miles in December 1981, all with supporting invoices and all at Castle Garage.
The car was then put into storage where it remained for the next 17 years.
