With 245bhp on tap, it was capable of 120mph and offered effortless performance combined with the sort of understated elegance that defined Daimler’s clientele.

Only around 5,000 were built before production ended in 1968, making them a relatively rare sight today.This particular example has been in long-term storage for many years and, while it does run, a full recommissioning service is recommended for serious road use.
