Description Kept in a heated garage during our vendor’s six-year ownership; engine rebuilt; huge history folder; used for tours of the UK; lovely condition throughout First registered in June 1978, this gorgeous Alfa Spider is finished in rare Verde Inglese (English Green) and has been owned by our vendor since 2019.
A real Alfa enthusiast, he has greatly enjoyed the car, including using it for tours of the Continent.
The substantial history folder shows that shortly after he purchased the car, our vendor set about getting some good work done including a full engine rebuild courtesy of Retro Marques of Worcestershire.
A new clutch was also fitted at the same time along with new radiator hoses, the invoices showing that this lot cost over £4,600.
Looking further back into the history folder we find invoices for new clutch master and slave cylinders, repairs were undertaken to the front section of the chassis, a new rotor arm and new headlights were fitted courtesy of local Italian c...
