Description From a deceased estate; current owner 33 years; originally supplied by Rootes of Piccadilly as a Thrupp & Maberly limousine; rebodied by H Horsefield and Son; engine from a 1933 20/25 Supplied new by Rootes of Piccadilly in 1937, this Rolls-Royce (chassis number GUN5) comes with RREC paperwork confirming that it started out in life as a 25/30 with enclosed limousine coachwork by Thrupp & Maberly and was originally finished in black with the registration number OC 111.
The first owner was a Mr Smith of Stratton House in Mayfair, opposite The Ritz Hotel.

A buff logbook records three owners between 1947 and 1966.
