Highlights include: bodywork restored and repainted in cellulose; full engine rebuild with new pistons, bearings etc; Zenith carb rebuilt; 3-speed gearbox rebuilt with new bearings etc; complete new clutch kit; new radiator; new starter ring gear; new 4.9:1 crown wheel and pinion; back axle rebuilt (early banjo type); brakes and suspension fully rebuilt with many new parts.

All new wiring with armoured cables; magneto, dynamo and regulator rebuilt; ‘bacon slicer’ starter motor rebuilt.
