Description Appealing MkII Cortina in desirable 1600GT spec; just two owners, the current since 1971 Dating from January 1968 this MkII Ford Cortina comes to us in desirable 1600GT form and is finished in Red with shiny brightwork and sits on 13” Rostyle wheels shod with Firestone rubber.

Under the bonnet, we find the 1600cc ‘high-tune’ Kent four-cylinder engine driving the rear wheels via four-speed manual transmission.

Inside, we find the typical 1600GT interior with black vinyl seats, wood-rimmed steering wheel and quad gauges across the centre of the dash.

The history file includes the V5C showing no former keepers (although this isn’t accurate, there is one previous), a buff log book showing the car was originally Mink Blue and had one former keeper prior to the current who acquired it in 1971.
