Description A most presentable Sports Saloon retaining its lovely original upholstery; large sunroof; instant starter; a fine quality car in all respects; lots of history First registered on 22nd May 1931, this Talbot 75 salon would have been an expensive and deliberate choice back in the day.

Their reputation for refinement and reliabilty had been forged thanks to their relationship with Fox and Nichol who prepared cars for the track, with notable performances at Le Mans - they were not the car for the everyman.

There is a considerable history file with this car, including some super letters from a previous owner in the early 1960s who confirmed it was purchased new by a Vicar (who employed a chauffeur).

The car had been acquired in 1935 by his father, with about 33,000 miles on the clock, and passed on to him.

There are some bills dated 1945, when presuamably it was fettled back onto the road and by 1960, it had still only covered a genuine 82,657 miles.
