Description Superb ZB in lovely original condition; had been in long-term storage before comprehensive recommissioning; driven to the sale; a delight First registered in June 1957, this lovely ZB Magnette is only for sale due to an unexpected loss of storage space.
The vendor acquired it through Bill Postins - Classic and Prestige Cars and it has performed beautifully and was driven to us some 30 miles.
As you can see from the photos, it is in lovely unmolested condition, having spent over 20 years tucked away in storage.
A previous owner removed the engine to free the clutch, taking the opportunity to install new core plugs, a new ring gear, new dizzy with electronic ignition and new leads etc, hoses, a spin on oil filter conversion and a rebuild of the carburettors.
A stainless exhaust was fitted, mated to a reconditioned manifold and a comprehensive brake and suspension overhaul including shocks and new tyres were fitted.
