Description Well presented overdrive GT with nice additions; driven to the sale Purchased through Brightwells back in 2016, this BGT has provided excellent service over the last seven years and is only offered for sale due to the arrival of a new project in the shape of a Riley RMF.
First registered in May 1972, it had a £5,100 restoration in 2016 by Shropshire County Classics which included new inner and outer sills and work to the rear arches.
They then resprayed the car.
That same year it had new discs and front calipers and ball joints and in 2019 the carbs were stripped and repaired, along with the addition of electronic ignition and new plugs and leads.
The vendor has just added a new battery.
Fitted with leather seats, MG overcarpets and a smart aluminium rocker box cover, it was driven to us for the sale and is ready to go.
In sound order with recent sills, this looks excellent value at the catalogue estimate.
