Description A rare model from this quality manufacturer; full body-off restoration in the 1990s and only lightly used since; a most impressive looking car all round First registered in Buckinghamshire in December 1937 with the number EKX 325, this Armstrong Siddeley 12 Plus Saloon is a rare model that was only produced from 1936 to 1939 with a 45bhp six-cylinder engine rated at 14hp on the buff logbook that comes with the car.
The logbook and other documents on file indicate that it has been resident in the Hereford/Shropshire area since the mid-1950s and was re-registered as WSV 205 in 1985.
A large file of invoices and photos show that the car was treated to a full body-off resoration in the early 1990s.
This included a full engine rebuild by Gordon Smith Engineering of Halesowen with new pistons, liners, bearings, reground crank etc.
