Description Road legal Z3 that has been modified for sprint and track day use; BC coilover suspension; stainless steel sports exhaust First registered in October 1997, this BMW Z3 2.8i wide body has been specially prepared for sprint, hill climb and track day use.
The engine is the standard 190bhp straight-six mated to a 5-speed manual box which makes it good for 0-60 in 6.9 seconds with a top speed of 140mph in factory spec, although as this one has been stripped out for racing it may well be slightly quicker than that.
It rides on 18” wheels shod with 225/45/18 tyres and has been fitted with BC Racing adjustable coilover springs and shock absorbers, a rear spoiler, rear roll cage, strut brace, stainless steel sports exhaust, Carco Type-R race seats and harnesses plus various other racing goodies.
