Description Few owners, the current since 1979; restored in the early 1980s including rebuilt engine and only around 12k miles since; aluminium wings; stainless steel exhaust; overdrive; on the button and ready to go First registered to Pegasus Services of Norbury, London SW16 in April 1967, this Healey 3000 MkIII then had four further owners before our vendor acquired the car from a lady in Swansea in September 1979.
Although the V5C records only one former keeper, the original VE60 green logbook records all five former keepers.
When our vendor acquired the car he had it professionally appraised by a firm of independent engineers (Boswell & Cherry of Hemel Hempstead) who declared it to be “in exceptionally good condition for the year”, the odometer at this point showing 54,649 miles.
The car is now showing 71,200 miles which is believed correct and is backed up by many old MOTs and invoices on file.
