Description Late IIa petrol; overdrive; fwh; later mods This very late Series IIa has an H as a vin suffix which means that it had had more than seven major updates away from the original design (in Land Rover parlance).
Fitted with a Fairey-type overdrive and free wheeling hubs, a previous owner has clearly loved it and made it as comfortable as possible for longer runs.
Later additions include an more modern dash, later seats and a glass sunroof.
Fitted with side windows and rear seats, it also comes with a high-lift jack in the back.
We have not attempted to start it since arrival onsite and it was last taxed in 2018 so has been off the road for a little while.
With a sound bulkhead and chassis, it should be a simple enough task to get it back on the road.
Insurance is very cheap and it is both tax and MOT exempt - what's not to like.
