He acquired it from a local gent, who had owned if for four years and prior to that and its old style V5 indicates that it had lived in the area before then.

The car was being worked on recently, with what look like rebuilt carbs and recent work under the bonnet, which was off the car when collected.

The engine turns freely and it has been used relatively recently.

It was MOTd in 2012 and retains its lovely original interior and sound coachwork.

The file includes a handbook, copy maintenance book and instruction book, as well as original copies of the Riley Instruction book and a spare parts catalogue.

It looks to us like an easy project to recommission and would make a willing, snug and useful addition to any fleet.
