It was first UK registered on 25th September 1935 and was registered JR 3864, the number it wears today.
Copious bills on file date from the late 1970s, showing a comprehensive restoration including major engine work - rebore, reground crank and new pistons etc.
By this time it was in the hands of Mr Gunner who lived in Hampshire.
The car was retrimmed in around 1980 and arrived in the hands of the vendor's father in 2007, a prominent Lancia enthusiast and collector.
He commissioned a major overhaul in 2012, which included fresh brakes, a suspension overhaul and careful welding of the monocoque body structure.
