1961 Land Rover Series II Rebuilt some 10 years ago with galvanised chassis; freewheeling hubs KVS544 was first registered in April 1961.

The current vendor purchased the Landrover in September 2013 and then undertook a comprehensive restoration in 2015 - it has seen little use since and has been garage stored.

The work has included; a galvanised chassis (made by Marsland) with correct specification for Series II, galvanised bulkhead (by Ashtree)again with correct specification for the year.

All aluminium door tops (by Rocky Mountain) complete with rot-proof window channels were added.

The engine was refurbished with original correct Solex carburetter being rebuilt by Carburetter Exchange.

An electronic ignition system was installed and a complete new wiring loom (by Autosparks).

All new braking lines and cylinders were fitted and a stainless-steel exhaust system (by Double S Exhausts).

A new radiator, fuel tank were added.
