AI Listing Summary
This 1937 Vauxhall 10/4 H-Type, known as 'The Duchess,' comes directly from the Vauxhall Motors Heritage Collection. Having been owned by the same gentleman for 62 years before being bequeathed to the collection in 2000, it requires recommissioning but is described as solid, offering an opportunity for a home mechanic.
Condition
5
The car is described as an original and complete car for recommissioning, suggesting it's not in perfect running condition. While solid, it requires careful recommissioning after being in a museum. There are old MOTs indicating it was last used around 2000. The engine turns freely, but it's not stated to be in perfect mechanical order. Cosmetically, it sports an impressive array of badges and detailing, but the overall condition isn't specified as pristine or near-perfect.
