You might be wondering what a 2011 Audi A3 TFSI Sport Cabriolet is doing on a classic car auction website.

Which is a fair question, but then you don’t pass up the chance to offer what is effectively a brand-new example of a very popular sporting convertible, do you? Like new? Yup, because ‘ET11 CEA’ has covered just 425 miles from new.

You see, the lady who bought it didn’t have a driving licence but as she needed to visit her local hospital fairly regularly, she bought the Audi so that someone else could drive her there in style and comfort.

She must have lived pretty close to the hospital because the odometer only showed 181 miles when it went for its MoT in May this year, with the subsequent miles being covered by her nephew, who’s selling it on her behalf.

Finished in Ibis White (paint code LY9C), the paintwork and panels are still very close to a new condition.
