This Esprit is, indeed, one of those X180 models having left Hethel just before Christmas in 1987.
The Esprit was shipped to dealers JCT600, and the specified options were full leather interior, glass sunroof and stereo fitting kit.
Lotus have subsequently confirmed that this was the sixth of ten 1988 model year cars in this livery / trim combination.
The Esprit was supplied to its first keeper by JCT600 and was registered on the 13th January 1988.
Current keeper, Andy, acquired this vibrant looking Esprit in December 2020.
At that stage the Lotus had covered around 108,800 miles.
