The car has been on static display at a museum, indicating it has not been actively driven or maintained for some time. It is described as a 'restoration and recommissioning project,' suggesting it requires significant work to return to roadworthy condition. While it has 'quite the stage presence' and handsome coachwork, its current state is for display and not for immediate use, placing it in the 'Above Average' category due to the need for moderate reconditioning.
