First registered on 25th July 1969, this stunning Alfa Romeo 'Osso di Sepia' (the name means cuttlefish bone, a reference to the car's distinctive shape) was delivered to its first owner at his estate in inner Sardegna in the province of Sassari.

According to our vendor, a very well-respected Italian collector, the car remained with its first owner in Sardegna until 2009, when it was purchased by our vendor via an intermediary.

At the time of his purchase, the car had apparently covered a mere 3,810 kilometres, having been used very sparingly.

It was delightfully original, our vendor confirming that upon his purchase he only had to change the battery, oil and tyres, and that since then the car has only needed regular maintenance by his in-house mechanic; it has never been restored.
