This 1971 Lotus Elan Sprint Drophead Coupé is a rare, sought-after model with a Vegantune 152bhp engine and Spyder replacement chassis. It has been minimally used since being acquired in 2018 and would benefit from a shake-down and service before further road use.

Condition

5

The car's description indicates a well-maintained vehicle with some signs of age and use. While it has had significant restoration work, including a replacement chassis and engine rebuild, it also requires a shake-down and service before further road use. The presence of minor cosmetic issues like the yellow paint with gold bumpers, along with the need for recommissioning, suggests it's not in pristine condition but is still above average.
