AI Listing Summary
This 1968 Aston Martin DBS Vantage Sports Saloon, offered from long-term static display since 2009, requires recommissioning before use. Formerly part of a private collection, it was restored before 2009, but much of the documentation has since been lost. It will be subject to Import VAT at the reduced rate of 5% on the hammer price if it is to remain in the UK.

Condition

The car has been on static display since 2009 and requires recommissioning, indicating it's not in running condition. It has an older restoration, and while initially well-documented, much of that documentation has been lost. Cosmetic condition is unknown, but the need for recommissioning suggests mechanical rather than cosmetic issues.
