• Witness of an era • Believed to be ex Hassan II • Rare original condition • French title Koenig Specials, founded by Willy Koenig (former driver and 1962 German Mountain Champion with a 250 GT SWB), had made a name for itself in the aesthetic and mechanical preparation of the most beautiful German and Italian sports cars.
The kits offered for the 512BB and BBI were very popular in the early 1980s, so much so that some 50 cars were modified by the German tuner.
Made to order, several body kits were available, but also several levels of mechanical preparation (385, 420, 450, 650 and 700 horsepower), as well as numerous interior options.
Delivered new in 1977, this 512 BB later received the full Koenig Specials body kit and a full red leather interior with a complete Pioneer audio system.
Mechanically, we cannot say how much power the car develops, but given the extra oil cooler and modified carburettors, we assume that the engine benefited from the services of the German tuner.
