AI Listing Summary
This 1964 Rolls-Royce Phantom V is a rare, left-hand drive limousine with coachwork by James Young. Restored in the 1980s and owned since 2010, it has been stored since acquisition and requires re-commissioning, presenting a unique opportunity for restoration enthusiasts.

Condition
5
The car is described as an older (1980s) restoration that has been stored since 2010 and requires re-commissioning. While the restoration was done by Hooper & Co (Coachbuilders) Ltd, the need for re-commissioning suggests that it's not in top condition and that some level of work is needed to bring it back to its former glory. The listing mentions that it was in good running order when purchased in 2010, but the storage since then implies that it may need mechanical and cosmetic attention.
