AI Listing Summary

This 1946 Austin 8hp Saloon is a restoration project, stored since the 1970s. While it runs and appears original, it requires full restoration, though the sunroof, opening windscreen and leather interior are noteworthy features. Offered with no reserve and copies of old logbooks to facilitate re-registration.

Condition

3

This Austin 8hp Saloon is described as a 'barn find' offered for restoration, indicating it requires significant work. While it reportedly started and ran recently and appears original and fundamentally sound, its storage since the 1970s suggests considerable wear and tear. The presence of 'old logbooks and tax discs' implies a long period of disuse, further supporting a lower condition rating.
