Here we are delighted to offer this FIA GT Championship race-winning Ferrari berlinetta, one of only four works cars and the first race winner.

It was then acquired directly from Ferrari at a contemporary cost of some 738,500 Euros and has been perfectly preserved ever since.

The background to this mouth-watering modern classic was the announcement, in 2003, that Ferrari was to manufacture a rarefied and highly-sophisticated batch of highly-modified enduracing racing Gran Turismo cars, to be based upon the marque’s highly successful and very well regarded 575 Maranello production model.

This small and highly specialised batch of Ferraris were offered as the 575GTC series and is obviously not to be confused with the ‘575 M GTC Handling Package’ road car.

The British specialist Prodrive team had achieved considerable competition success with its own version of the Ferrari 550 and the Ferrari factory wished to offer its own racing variant to the small but enthusiastic group of custome...
