Based on the contemporary Honda Accord, the Rover 600 debuted in April 1993.

Although the 600 was mechanically pure Honda, Rover had influenced the development of its styling and interior, the latter adopting a typically Rover instrument layout while featuring warmer tones and traditional wood veneer, while the fashionably curvaceous body incorporated unique front/rear ends and integral Rover front grille.

Honda-built 2.0- and 2.3-litre petrol engines were the only ones on offer at first, with alternative power units, including a turbo-diesel, following as the 600 gradually became more ‘British’.

First off the production line, this Rover 620i was obtained directly from the Rover Group in 1993.

Unregistered, the car is described as ‘operable and in good all round condition’, but has ignition lock damage.
