This 1978 Dodge W100 pickup with the Adventure Package is powered by its rebuilt original 318ci V8 engine completed by PDL Performance Repair in Choteau, MT.

The engine rebuild included a .030 overbore, crankshaft turned .010/.010, new cam bearings, soft plugs, oil pump, timing chain, piston rings, rod and main bearings, thermostat, original cylinder heads with a three-angle valve job, RV camshaft, new lifters, aluminum 4-barrel intake manifold and an Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor.

Power is delivered through the original 4-speed manual transmission and original transfer case with full-time four-wheel drive, supported by a new clutch disc, pressure plate, throw-out bearing and pilot bushing.

The chassis and suspension were refreshed with brand-new suspension components, new shocks, a complete front-end rebuild, new axle seals throughout, a new steering pump and a new steering gearbox.

Braking components include new front brake pads and rotors, along with rebuilt rear drum brakes.
