This car was in the long-term ownership of a dedicated marque enthusiast and lifelong CCCA and AACA member, who commissioned its restoration in 2003.The Packard is powered by a 319ci Straight-8 engine and 3-speed manual transmission.

The previous owner purchased the car in 1956 from the Carriage Cavalcade Automobile Museum in Silver Springs, FL.

After performing a minor service, he drove the car regularly in club events and tours for nearly 50 years, performing light restoration work only as needed along the way.

Thanks to years of continuous care and maintenance, the Packard was in surprisingly good condition and the ideal basis for a straightforward restoration, which commenced in 2003.

Inspiration for the vivid orange and brown came from a period advertisement that hung in the previous owner’s garage, who felt the colors suited the sporty and purposeful nature of the factory runabout coachwork.
