In terms of ownership history, the vehicle has had only two previous owners from new.

The second owner purchased the car in 1973, as evidenced by the original green logbook, and kept it until his passing a couple of years ago.

As the car had never been registered on the modern DVLA system, his widow completed the re‑registration process in her name, in the end, the widow has never driven or used the car.

Accompanying documentation includes the DVLA approval letter, the original buff logbook (stating 2 owners), the new V5C showing ‘zero’ former keepers – as is usual from DVLA when going onto the system, and a supporting letter from the Morgan Sports Car Club.

In the letter they confirm that the car is a 1970 4/4, that ‘PMJ 781J’ was the cars original registration and the vendor was the widow of said previous keeper.

It's signed by R.W Cragg who was formerly a director of the club and is still involved in the club’s activities.
