First registered on 13th November 1964, this 2CV is an interesting and rare first-generation AZAM version, easily recognisable by its ‘suicide’ doors, produced between March 1963 and November 1964.

Subsequent versions featured front doors with conventional openings.

The AZAM version stood out for its more luxurious finish, in response to the launch of the Renault 4.

The current owner acquired it in 2017 from a knowledgeable enthusiast who had just restored the original engine.

Knowing how sought-after this version was, the owner then had a full restoration of the car carried out.
