Panhard always stood out for its innovative designs and the X72 panoramic model was no exception.

It was fitted with the 2.5-litre six-cylinder engine of a sleeve-valve type licensed from Knight that the company favoured; this was synonymous with flexibility and remarkably quiet running, thus explaining why Gabriel Voisin was so keen on it.
The 6CS we are presenting has a splendid four-light saloon body, complete with an accessory trunk from P.

Blondin.

It was originally registered in 1935 in the Meurthe-et-Moselle, with the number 152 KU 4, which it retained until it underwent a full, high-quality restoration from 1998-2001.
