This particular example is a highly sought-after and rare fuel-injection version, with only 3,500 examples produced (more than double the number of carburettor versions).

First registered on the 3rd of April 1973, it was purchased to its first owner in 1976 by the CEO of ‘Plastiques du Val de Loire’ to replace the carburettor version he owned since 1971.

Having remained in the same hands ever since, it was purchased in 2014 by an enthusiast who carried out a comprehensive and high-quality restoration, which was completed in 2016.
