This RHD Bristol 405 was first registered in March 1956; little is known about the car’s history until 2004, when Brian May (a great enthusiast of the make) acquired it.

As the car was part of a major collection, it seems the car was barely used at that time.

Indeed, there is a MOT record from June 2007 at 76,271 miles and another from April 2010 at 76,316 miles.
The current owner acquired the car in October 2010.

As a family man seeking a highly elegant saloon, he chose a model that is rarely seen on our roads.

Over the past sixteen years, the car was kept in working order and presented in excellent condition by various specialists, primarily the Tisserand workshop.

In 2019, the latter carried out a full repaint and a partial restoration of the interior.
